| There are tender procedures to be followed
in Botswana whenever there are some government work/projects to be
carried out. These procedures are administered by an organization
called the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal Board (PPADB) which
was established by an act of Parliament. It is a government watch
dog which ensures that procedures in allocating works to be carried
